§ 25-23-5-0-5-1

This article does not apply to the practice of an occupation or a profession for which an individual is licensed, certified, or registered in Indiana by a state agency if the individual is practicing within the scope of the individual's license, certificate, or registration.As added by P.L.197-2007, SEC.59.
