The committee shall:(1) consider the qualifications of persons who apply for licenses under this article;(2) provide for examinations required under this article;(3) license qualified persons;(4) propose rules to the board concerning the:(A) competent practice of occupational therapy;(B) continuing competency requirement for the renewal of a license for an occupational therapist and occupational therapy assistant; and(C) administration of this article; and(5) recommend to the board the amounts of fees required under this article.As added by P.L.238-1989, SEC.1.
