(a) After considering the committee's proposed rules, the board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 establishing standards for:(1) the competent practice of occupational therapy;(2) the renewal of licenses issued under this article, subject to IC 25-1-2-6(e); and(3) standards for the administration of this article.(b) After considering the committee's recommendations for fees, the board shall establish fees under IC 25-1-8-2.As added by P.L.238-1989, SEC.1.
