§ 25-23-5-3-1

A person may not:(1) practice as an occupational therapist;(2) practice as an occupational therapy assistant;(3) use the title 'occupational therapist';(4) use the title 'occupational therapy assistant'; or(5) engage in the practice of occupational therapy;unless the person is licensed under this article.As added by P.L.238-1989, SEC.1.
