'Clinical addiction counseling experience' refers to a time during which an applicant provides clinical services, including evaluation and treatment of clients, and at least fifty percent (50%) of the time consists of providing addiction counseling services directly to clients diagnosed with a substance use disorder.As added by P.L.122-2009, SEC.12.
