§ 25-23-6-2-10-5

The section consists of the following:(1) Two (2) mental health counselor members of the board.(2) Two (2) consumer members of the board.(3) One (1) physician member of the board.(b) Three (3) members of the mental health counselor section, two (2) of whom must be mental health counselors, constitute a quorum.As added by P.L.147-1997, SEC.33.
