(b) This chapter does not apply to:(1) physicians licensed under IC 25-22.5;(2) nurses licensed under IC 25-23;(3) psychologists licensed under IC 25-33; or(4) attorneys licensed to practice law in Indiana;when providing counseling services within the scope of practice for which they are licensed.As added by P.L.186-1990, SEC.9.
