§ 25-23-7-4-1

The secretary is not a member of the board. The secretary, through the licensing agency, shall:(1) keep a complete and accurate record of all proceedings of the board;(2) keep a current file of all licenses and licensees; and(3) perform any other duties assigned by the board.As added by P.L.162-2002, SEC.7.
