(a) An individual who applies to renew a license as an installer of a manufactured home must:(1) furnish evidence showing successful completion of the continuing education requirements of this chapter; and(2) pay the renewal fee established by the board.(b) Subject to IC 25-1-2-6(e), if the holder of a license does not renew the license before the date established by the licensing agency, the certificate expires without any action taken by the board.(c) If a license has been expired for not more than three (3) years, the license may be reinstated by the board if the holder of the license meets the requirements for reinstatement under IC 25-1-8-6(c).(d) If a license has been expired for more than three (3) years, the license may be reinstated by the board if the holder of the license meets the requirements for reinstatement under IC 25-1-8-6(d).As added by P.L.162-2002, SEC.7.
