(b) Beginning July 1, 2024, the majority of employees on the faculty of a nursing program may be part-time employees of an approved postsecondary educational institution (as defined in IC 21-7-13-6(a)) or a hospital that conducts the nursing program.(c) The board of nursing may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this section.As added by P.L.69-2022, SEC.10.
