At any time there is a vacancy, the Indiana State Nurses' Association shall recommend to the governor a list of qualified nurses for appointment to the board in the number of not less than twice the number of nurse vacancies to be filled.Formerly: Acts 1949, c.159, s.3; Acts 1971, P.L.376, SEC.3.
