5-5-1).(b) The board may not prohibit a nursing education program from submitting an application for accreditation to the board before being authorized by the board for proprietary education (established by IC 21-18.5-5-1).(c) The board shall review and approve or deny a nursing education program's application for accreditation within ninety (90) days of being authorized by the board for proprietary education (established by IC 21-18.5-5-1) unless the nursing education program, after receiving authorization from the board of proprietary education, requests additional time from the board before the board's review of the application.As added by P.L.148-2023, SEC.13.
