If a state of emergency is declared by:(1) the governor under IC 10-14-3-12; or(2) the President of the United States;the board may, for the duration of the state of emergency, suspend the provisions of a statute or rule under this article that would prevent, hinder, or delay the appropriate delivery of pharmaceutical care.As added by P.L.98-2006, SEC.11.
