As used in this chapter, 'chain drug warehouse' means a permanent physical location for drugs or devices, or both, that:(1) is licensed as a wholesale distributor;(2) acts as a central warehouse; and(3) primarily performs intracompany sales and transfers of legend drugs or devices to members of the same affiliated group that is under common ownership and control.As added by P.L.98-2006, SEC.13.
