§ 25-26-14-4-1

As used in this chapter, 'co-licensed products' means pharmaceutical products:(1) that have been approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration; and(2) concerning which two (2) or more parties have the right to engage in a business activity or occupation concerning the pharmaceutical products.As added by P.L.212-2005, SEC.27.
