As used in this chapter, 'designated representative' means an individual who:(1) is designated by a wholesale drug distributor;(2) serves as the wholesale drug distributor's responsible individual with the board; and(3) is actively involved in and aware of the actual daily operation of the wholesale drug distributor.As added by P.L.212-2005, SEC.32.
