As used in this chapter, 'mail order or Internet based pharmacy' means a pharmacy that is located in Indiana or is a nonresident pharmacy (as defined in IC 25-26-17-2) that dispenses prescription drugs:(1) through the United States Postal Service or other delivery services; or(2) after receiving a request for prescription drugs through the Internet;to patients in Indiana.As added by P.L.231-1999, SEC.17.
