As used in this chapter, 'pharmacy technician' means an individual who:(1) works under the direct supervision of a pharmacist licensed under this article; and(2) performs duties to assist a pharmacist in activities that do not require the professional judgment of a pharmacist.As added by P.L.251-2003, SEC.3.
