As used in this chapter, 'interoperability' refers to the INSPECT program electronically sharing reported information with another state concerning the dispensing of a controlled substance:(1) to a recipient who resides in the other state; or(2) prescribed by a practitioner whose principal place of business is located in another state.As added by P.L.51-2019, SEC.8.
