As used in this chapter, 'eligible recipient' means an individual who:(1) is a resident of the state of Indiana;(2) has an income that is below two hundred percent (200%) of the federal poverty level, as defined by the most recently revised poverty income guidelines published by the federal Department of Health and Human Services; and(3) is either:(A) uninsured and has no third party prescription drug reimbursement coverage; or(B) underinsured and has no active third party prescription drug reimbursement coverage for the drug prescribed.As added by P.L.208-2023, SEC.5.
