§ 25-27-5-4-2

The committee may refuse to issue a license or may issue a probationary license to an individual if:(1) the individual has been disciplined by an administrative agency in another jurisdiction or been convicted for a crime that has a direct bearing on the individual's ability to practice competently; and(2) the committee determines that the act for which the individual was disciplined or convicted has a direct bearing on the individual's ability to practice as a physician assistant.As added by P.L.227-1993, SEC.11.
