(a) Subject to IC 25-1-2-6(e), a license issued by the committee expires on a date established by the Indiana professional licensing agency under IC 25-1-5-4 in the next even-numbered year following the year in which the license was issued.(b) An individual may renew a license by paying a renewal fee on or before the expiration date of the license.(c) If an individual fails to pay a renewal fee on or before the expiration date of a license, the license becomes invalid and must be returned to the committee.As added by P.L.227-1993, SEC.11.
