(b) If the committee reinstates a license, the committee may impose conditions on the license appropriate to the reinstatement.(c) An individual may not surrender a license without written approval by the committee if a disciplinary proceeding under this article is pending against the individual.As added by P.L.227-1993, SEC.11.
