(2) Provide satisfactory evidence that the applicant's education is substantially equivalent to the education of physical therapists educated in an accredited entry level program as determined by the board by any of the following:(A) Providing evidence of graduation outside the United States from a professional education program accredited by the same accrediting agency that the board approves for programs within the United States.(B) Do the following:(i) Provide evidence of graduation from a physical therapist education program that prepares the applicant to engage in physical therapy without restriction.(ii) Provide evidence that the applicant's school is recognized by its own ministry of education.(iii) Undergo a credentials evaluation as directed by the board to determine if the candidate meets uniform criteria for educational requirements established by rule.(3) Complete any additional education required by the board.(4) Pass a board approved English proficiency examination if the
