Subject to the approval of the budget agency, the commission may expend the interest earned by the plumbers recovery fund for the following:(1) Publications that provide:(A) information concerning the commission's activities and administrative rulings; and(B) other educational information concerning the practice of plumbing.(2) Educational programs concerning the practice of plumbing in Indiana.As added by P.L.260-1987, SEC.1.
