If the total amount in the plumbing recovery fund (including principal and interest) exceeds five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000) at the end of a state fiscal year after the payment of all claims and expenses, the amount in excess of five hundred fifty thousand dollars ($550,000) reverts to the state general fund.As added by P.L.143-1990, SEC.8.
