Upon a final order of the plumbing commission directing that payment be made out of the plumbers recovery fund, the plumbing commission shall, subject to sections 4 through 5 of this chapter, make the payment out of the plumbers recovery fund as provided in section 5 of this chapter.As added by P.L.260-1987, SEC.1.
