Such pilots shall receive for their services such fees as may, from time to time, be fixed by the board of commissioners of the county of Clark; which tariff of fees shall be published at least once a year in some newspaper published in said county, and posted up in three (3) public places in the town of Jeffersonville.Formerly: Acts 1852,1RS, c.79, s.4.
