§ 25-29-5-2

(a) The board may issue a temporary license to an applicant who pays a fee established by the board and who presents satisfactory evidence to the board that the applicant:(1) meets the requirements established by the board; and(2) is licensed in a state, territory, or possession of the United States.(b) A temporary license expires the earlier of:(1) the date the applicant holding the temporary license is issued a license under this article; or(2) the date the board disapproves the applicant's licensure application.As added by P.L.33-1993, SEC.63.
