(2) Approve certain voluntary treatment programs for impaired podiatrists that are medically directed and nonprofit. The rules must allow an approved treatment program to be exempt from reporting to the board if the impaired podiatrist is participating satisfactorily in the program.As added by P.L.33-1993, SEC.65.
