(a) A person that knowingly engages or aids and abets another person, in the practice of podiatric medicine without a license issued under this article commits unauthorized practice of podiatric medicine, a Level 6 felony.(b) A person who otherwise violates this article commits a Class C misdemeanor.As added by P.L.33-1993, SEC.67.
