The licensee is civilly responsible for the good conduct of all employees while the unlicensed persons are acting on behalf of the licensee.(b) A licensee shall maintain a record, relative to the licensee's employees, containing the following information:(1) A picture taken within thirty (30) days of the date that the employee commences employment with the licensee.(2) A full set of fingerprints of both hands of the employee.(c) A licensed private investigator firm shall, at the board's request, provide the board with a roster of all unlicensed individuals employed by the private investigator firm.Formerly: Acts 1961, c.163, s.11.
