§ 25-30-1-3

It shall be unlawful for a person to:(1) engage in business as a private investigator firm;(2) solicit or advertise for business as a private investigator firm; or(3) represent or hold the person out as a private investigator firm;unless the person is licensed as a private investigator firm under this chapter and complies with this chapter and rules adopted under this chapter.Formerly: Acts 1961, c.163, s.3.
