'Polygraph examiner' means a person who is solely or partly engaged in the business of establishing the truth or falsity of any statement or representation, by means of a polygraph instrument.'Polygraph instrument' means a device that permanently and simultaneously records, at a minimum, an individual's cardiovascular and respiratory patterns and galvanic skin responses in order to determine truthfulness.As added by P.L.250-1983, SEC.2.
