After a soil scientist's registration is suspended or revoked, the soil scientist may not:(1) affix the soil scientist's signature, stamp, or seal to a soil science report or document; or(2) certify a soil science report or document;unless the registration has been renewed, reissued, or reinstated.As added by P.L.244-2001, SEC.1.
