§ 25-31-5-6-5

If an individual fails to pay the renewal fee within ninety (90) days after the expiration date established by the board under this chapter, the board shall:(1) suspend the individual's registration under this article; and(2) delete the individual's name from the roster published under IC 25-31.5-3-7;until the renewal fee is paid.As added by P.L.244-2001, SEC.1.
