(b) A complaint brought under subsection (a) must be:(1) in writing;(2) sworn to by:(A) the individual; or(B) an officer of the organization;making the complaint; and(3) filed with the board within two (2) years after the incident alleged in the complaint.As added by P.L.244-2001, SEC.1.
