(b) If the board adopts rules under this section, the rules must do the following:(1) Establish an inactive certificate of registration that:(A) does not require the holder of an inactive certificate to obtain continuing education; and(B) prohibits the holder of an inactive certificate from practicing engineering.(2) Establish requirements for reactivation of an inactive certificate.As added by P.L.215-1993, SEC.17.
