'Significant investigatory information' means:(1) investigatory information that the state psychology regulatory authority has reason to believe, after a preliminary inquiry that includes notification and opportunity to respond if required by state law, if proven true, would indicate more than a violation of state statute or ethics code that would be considered more substantial than a minor infraction; or(2) investigatory information that indicates that the psychologist represents an immediate threat to public health and safety regardless of whether the psychologist has been notified or had an opportunity to respond.As added by P.L.65-2022, SEC.2.
