'Temporary in-person, face-to-face practice' means that a psychologist is physically present (not through the use of telecommunication technology) in the distant state to provide for the practice of psychology for not more than thirty (30) days within a calendar year and based on notification to the distant state.As added by P.L.65-2022, SEC.2.
