(b) The holder of a basic certificate issued under IC 25-33-1-5, before its repeal on June 30, 1985, may not render or offer to render psychological services to any person for a fee under circumstances that the limited license holder assumes full responsibility and liability for the conduct and conditions of the offered services.(c) An individual who holds a limited license under this section may be disciplined by the board under IC 25-1-9.As added by P.L.149-1987, SEC.102.
