The commission may deny, suspend, or revoke:(1) the approval of any course; and(2) the permit issued to a school under section 15 of this chapter;if it determines the school failed to comply with the standards established in this chapter and the commission's rules.As added by Acts 1979, P.L.248, SEC.1.
