§ 25-34-5-1-9

'Task' means a respiratory care practice that does not:(1) require specialized knowledge that results from a course of education or training in respiratory care;(2) pose an unreasonable risk of a negative outcome for the patient; and(3) involve assessment or making a decision concerning patient care.As added by P.L.60-2000, SEC.7.
