The committee shall:(1) pass upon the qualifications of persons who apply for licensure as respiratory care practitioners;(2) provide all examinations;(3) license qualified applicants; and(4) propose rules concerning the competent practice of respiratory care to the board.As added by P.L.242-1989, SEC.1.
