(a) If a speech-language pathologist performs an evaluation and the evaluation suggests the possibility of a condition that requires medical attention, the speech-language pathologist shall promptly refer the patient to an individual licensed under IC 25-22.5.(b) A speech-language pathologist shall perform instrumental procedures using rigid or flexible endoscopes only under the authorization and general supervision of an individual licensed under IC 25-22.5.As added by P.L.212-2005, SEC.69.
