A county having a population of more than sixteen thousand (16,000) and less than sixteen thousand four hundred (16,400) may require that the holder of a registered retail merchant's certificate under IC 6-2.5-8 obtain a transient merchant license.As added by P.L.19-1994, SEC.16.
