(b) An individual is not required to meet the registration requirements for a registered veterinary technician under this article while the individual is:(1) a full-time student in an accredited veterinary technology program performing duties or actions assigned by faculty or staff of the accredited program; or(2) working under the direct supervision of a licensed veterinarian to perform tasks that are an educational requirement of the accredited program.As added by P.L.58-2008, SEC.30.
