(b) The department shall issue a license to each individual who applies and qualifies for a license under this chapter.(c) The license of the licensee operating well drilling equipment or installing a water well pump shall be carried by the licensee and presented for inspection by a representative of the department upon request.(d) Every license expires on December 31 of the year for which it was issued.As added by P.L.262-1987, SEC.3.
