This article does not apply to wells drilled:(1) under or incidental to an activity under IC 14-34 or IC 14-37;(2) for the sole purpose of supplying water for the secondary recovery of petroleum resources; or(3) for the sole purpose of evaluating the foundation characteristics of earth materials to support bridges, roadways, buildings, or other engineered structures.As added by P.L.262-1987, SEC.4.
