(2) Set minimum requirements for continuing education and training for landscape architects.(3) Set minimum requirements for continuing education instructors approved by the board.(b) The rules adopted under this section must require a landscape architect to comply with the following:(1) The landscape architect shall provide the board with a sworn statement signed by the landscape architect that the landscape architect has fulfilled the continuing education requirements required by the board.(2) The requirements under IC 25-1-4.As added by P.L.23-2003, SEC.2. Amended by P.L.157-2006, SEC.24.
